Rich Homie Quan has reportedly been slapped with a charge for drugs possession with the intention of distribution, this is according to TMZ reports. Allegedly, law enforcement confirmed that the drugs Quan had in his possession were weed, but the exact amount he had wasn’t revealed.
According to the state law, a number of drugs in someone’s possession doesn’t determine the severity of the charge, but with this charge Quan could face up to 30 years in jail if convicted.
The rapper is, however, being held in prison until Friday’s hearing. On last Saturday night, RHQ along with five others were arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen gun and drugs. Police have found the weapon.
