Chris Brown is reportedly suing the Philippines for $300,000 after he was held up by armed men while leaving his hotel in 2015. He stated that he was compelled to postponed a new year eve party in 2014 in the Philippines, because of misplaced passport. He was rescheduled to do a show on July 15, which he did. Chris attacked the very next day while trying to leave his hotel by armed men. Chris says a lawyer for the venue walked up to him and told him he would be arrested unless he wired $300,000 dollars to a trust fund for Jose Victor Los Banos Biongco. He then got himself an immigration lawyer and got clearance out of the country after he refused to pay the money the armed men asked for. Chris stated that the damage was done & he wants Biongco to pay for his “extreme” emotional distress.
