Meek Mill whose real name is Robert Rihmeek Williams dropped three new songs on his 30th birthday- “$lay,” “Backboard” and “Left Hollywood.”
Aiming at Drake.
Meek and Drake‘s feud began when Meek claimed that Dizzy pen his rhymes.
Meek happily fires at Drake on “$lay” by making reference to theĀ ghostwriting allegations rapping, “Back in this b**CH and you know we relocated/ Look at the credits to tell you who wrote it.”
He also references this, “Maybe I’ll sell if I rap and I lie/ Maybe I’ll sell if I let n**ga write it.”
Likewise Meek raps in “Left Hollywood,” “Go to war like we got like four lives/ Talkin’ before like, all this Lil’ rap s**t/ Where I’m from if you turn 18, then that’s More Life for real n**ga.”
However Meek had also succeeded by making new enemies, particularly ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj.
Allegedly Meek provided some info to Remy Ma during her beefing with Nicki.
On Meek’s “$lay” he disses Nicki by rapping, “I’m on the roof with that scope/ When I hit them like b**ches like Remy my n**ga.”
So far there hasn’t been any comments from Drake or Nicki.
Nevertheless, we shouldn’t have to wait too long.
