As pre Variety, Ice Cube had added another accolade to his growing collections.
Just recently he sat in an interview with Bill Maher on Real Time discussing the host’s N-Word controversy. Cube however had an eventful few days landing his own star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. Despite him saying “I still feel like a young man,” his hip-hop legacy had spanned nearly 30 years, ever since the then-teenager penned “Boyz-N-The-Hood” for a little-known emcee named Easy E.
Ever since, he has acquired an impressive resume not only in the music business with both his N.W.A work and his solo offerings, but also into the media circles, starring classic films which includes Boyz N The Hood and Friday. Cube isn’t showing any signs of slowing down, inking a new deal with Interscope Records and re-issuing new tracks as part of its 25th anniversary.
